Pasta Fusion



Pasta is one of the most diversified food around. Originated from Italy but is well adapted to various tastes- Filipino,French,Continental,Japanese_ to name a few. I, myself, am inventing around, creating my own versions of many Italian pasta recipes.

Personally, my favorite is my sea food pasta. No permanent recipe, I dig whatever is available in my humble kitchen. Yum!
