Flavors, Swiss Garden
Flavors is the carrier resto of the hotel we stayed in Kuala Lumpur,. A fusion of oriental and continental menu, my 3rd & 7th sense couldn't be happier.
Everytime I'm staying in a hotel, I always look forward to breakfasts. I love buffet, everything in it_ the vast selections, new+familiar flavors = great food !
Here we go to the buffet parade. Take note_ I had a bit bite of everything. Too late, when it occurred to me that I had not taken photos of most local dishes_ I had then succumbed to the force of attraction of... food!!
- glass buckets of b-fast cereals
- trays of breads, muffins, cupcakes, croissants, Malaysian cakes
- slices of ham, bacon, sausages, cheeses
- salad all you can
- ofcourse pancakes
- potato cubees
.. then my cam got lo-bat or was it me.. the local dishes lines started here and my photo shoots stopped here too. Food tasting begun..
Sorry for not sharing the rest of the buffet. There were lots of Malaysian dishes, desserts and yes there were drinks too :
See you at dinner buffet :D

Malaysian Dessert
Kuala Lumpur had greeted me with colorful Malaysian desserts. Most of them looked so familiar. My expert sweet tooth could recognize each swiftly as most of them are available in our country. I bet, the difference would only be the way they call/name each there.
To prove my point, I tried some of them. The rice cake with layered colors is like our local "sapin-sapin" . The yellow one is like our mais (corn) maja. Although, still early, I have to admit_ theirs were a lot cremier and yes more delicious..sorry :<. Later on,in the course of my KL trip, I was able to taste more of their delicacies.

Bora Bora Beach Bar
Another beach bar to hang around in Sentosa, Bora Bora is located at Palawan.
Proud to be rumoured with the best "Singapore Sling" in the country, you must try one to confirm about the truth about it ;)
Singapore Sling
- The original recipe used Gin, Cherry Heering, Dom Bénédictine and most importantly fresh Pineapple Juice especially from Sarawak Pineapples as it not only enhances the flavour but also for a nice foamy top. However, as most other recipes used bottled pineapple juice, club soda had to be added for foam.

Chocolate Vitamins
When my girls were younger, they were not easy on vitamins. They hated the medicine taste. I had to buy vitamin jelly candies to make things uncomplicated for all of us..
But these multi-vitamin choco bars? Well, these are awesome-r !! I saw a box at Jay's, tried one and it is really something kids love_ chocolate! She buys her supplies from Switzerland.
Yummy healthy !!
Kitchen Raid !!!
I raided Jay's kitchen (or is it Marcel's) and digged more delicious secrets.
They heart pasta -
fettuccini, gnocchi, lasagna, linguine, macaroni, manicotti, orzo, ravioli, rigatoni, shells, spaghetti, tortellini, vermicelli, ziti..
Omg! Can I stay here..( the wife said her hubby cooks so well..) for good?:))
The expats couple is happy about how diversified the grocery/supermarket there in Singapore. Everything is available.
Again : can I stay with you good people?!!:)))
