
Remember tikoy, ( sticky rice cake ) ?, see prev post here . In our very recent road trip, I chanced to pass by a barrio in Macalelon, Bondoc Peninsula and saw a hut which sells this fave local delicacy.

I love the idea of buying from where the goods originated. It adds authentic appeal to the product.



Only to realize later, on a refill stop over in a gas station nearby, that the ones being sold on the roads were better tasting and cheaper by P5 less. Hahaha ! ! !
